By making the changes he made, he not only extended his life one decade beyond that of his siblings, he also planted seeds that bear fruit in my life today. He was a "seed planter". And even though I fell off of the wagon bigtime in my 20s. It was those seeds that led to my own health transformation two decades later.

Please believe, my daddy wasn't a cook. I can count on NO hands how many times I saw him at the stove. But he led the charge and my mother agreed to follow suit.

What kind of food is typically on the plan? Will it taste good?

The Prosper Plan is all about k.i.s.s... = Keeping It Simple Sis. No crazy complicated recipes. Most will be 100% homemade, but suggestions will be given for shortcuts and storebought options to add in when time is super short. All recipes are plant-based but you can add in animal protein if you wish.

The goal of this program is to provide you with the structure and accountability to just get it DONE so you save money eating out constantly while also contributing to the health of your family.

How much time am I going to be spending in the kitchen?

I've got GREAT news for you! All meals are designed to be fully prepared in 30 minutes or less. Every now and then a meal may be included that takes a bit longer, if so it will be clearly outlined in your prep guide.

Beyond that, the goal is to do more together as a family. So you'll see suggestions at the beginning of each plan (and in the prep guide) on how your family can help along with tips to motivate them to do it.

But my family isn't plant-based. Is this plan for me?

Listen, I understand. I've been plant-based (for the SECOND time) for 4 years now and my family still consumes animal products, dairy, etc. But I made a commitment to only prepare vegan meals and they've supported that.

That being said, I recognize that you might not be able to do the same. So even though all recipes are inherently plant-based, notes will be included each week for those who want to add in animal proteins for their family...with the hope & prayer that they eventually make a full transition in their own time & space.

What if my family eats out often?

Life gets hectic at times. But the key to a truly healthy lifestyle is making intentional choices. That's why even though each week includes meals for all 7 days, I encourage you to dine out together as a family and will include suggestions periodically on restaurants and education on how to make great menu choices without sacrificing great taste.

What type of support is provided to me while I'm a Prosper member?

Your primary mode of communication is a private platform called Better. It comes with an excellent app making it easy to access weekly plans, and also communicate with me via chat. In addition to that you will be invited to join a private group on Facebook if you choose to.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

While it would make me sad, its not for everyone. If you find that you need to cancel for any reason just send me a message in the chat feature on the Better platform and future billing will cease immediately.
